Support
Stuck, found a bug, or have a billing question? Email support@example.com and we'll get back to you, usually within one business day.
It helps to include your WordWarden version, your Windows version and GPU, and what you expected versus what happened. Please don't send your license key in full; the email you subscribed with is enough to find you.
Billing and your subscription
- Change plan, update your card, get invoices or cancel: open the customer portal and sign in with the email you subscribed with.
- Lost your license key? It's in the receipt email from Polar, and in the customer portal.
- New PC? A key works on up to 3 PCs at once. Free one up from Settings → License on the old computer.
Quick fixes
- Nothing types when I speak. Check that the right microphone is picked in Settings → Audio, and that the eye lights up when you press the hotkey.
- The first launch is slow. WordWarden downloads its GPU speech libraries (about 1.8 GB) once. After that it starts in seconds.
- GPU problems. WordWarden needs an NVIDIA graphics card with up-to-date drivers. Update from nvidia.com and restart.
- Text appears in the wrong window. WordWarden types where your cursor is when transcription finishes; keep the target window focused until the text appears.
Downloads
The latest installer is always on the releases page. WordWarden also updates itself when a new version is out.
